We are excited to invite prospective job seekers to our info session on Thursday, January 15th from 10:00 to 11:00 am for our Front of House Training Program. This is a 3 week long course which teaches participants critical skills in food and beverage service, such as:

  • Customer service and complaint resolution
  • Making and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Career opportunities in banquets, restaurants, bars, cafes, and more!

With limited spots available, we encourage those interested to attend the session to complete the screening and interview process for program selection. Please feel free to share the following link and flyer with your clients, or register them directly for the upcoming info session. Screening meetings will be done on the spot after the info session.

Please ensure that clients referred meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • CLB Level 6 or higher, particularly in speaking and listening
  • Eligibility to work in Canada (work permits must be valid until at least January 1st 2027)
  • Flexible schedules compatible with the hospitality industry
  • Full availability for the 3 weeks of training
  • Willing to handle alcohol and meat

The training program details are as follows:

 Dates: January 27thto February 14th 2026

  • Duration: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: In-person – Downtown Toronto
  • Cost: Free

The info session details are as follows:

Location: HTA 75 – 40 Spadina Ave, Unit 301, Toronto, ON

Start Time: 10:00 AM sharp – late arrivals will not be admitted.
