Job Summary:
ACS-Metropolis seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Administrative Assistant
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be essential in supporting financial and
bookkeeping-related operations and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
● Schedule appointments, meetings, and correspondence on behalf of the President.
● Manage and organize financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and statements.
● Process payments, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely manner
● Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
● Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and documents.
Qualifications:
● Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Bookkeeping, finance, accounting, business
administration, or a related field (preferred).
● 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a
finance or accounting environment.
● Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
